Well the answer is "yes" if the customer will buy another product from the Bank. However, the personal service will decline once the "sale" is completed and the Bank Manager moves onto new prey to meet his ever increasing target. What could I do with my skills that would give me a sense of job satisfaction? As a Manager looking after small business accounts the benefits and pitfalls of running your own business were clear to see. The problem, as always, was knowing what to do. Do you come up with a brand new idea that nobody else has thought of? (extremely unlikely), or do you look for an existing business (often expensive).
