As a franchisee you can manage

The Molly Maid service provides high-quality, reliable, domestic cleaning operated by franchisees who manage teams of maids within an exclusive territory; and the most important thing to understand about this, is that our franchisees are managers, not cleaners. Although some sales or management experience is obviously an advantage, our franchisees come from all walks of life and have very different amounts of experience. Provided that you’ve got common sense, you get on well with people and you’re not afraid of hard work, this is a business in which you could do very well. And, because we’re a familiar household name, you’ll find there’s no ‘hard sell’ involved. All you need to do is take advantage of our in-depth training, follow our marketing and operational system and be determined to make it work.

Probably the most important benefit of a Molly Maid franchise is the amount of support you get from our friendly, experienced team. They’ll help and guide you to build and run your business successfully. It’s the perfect balance – you’ll feel part of a supportive and growing network but enjoy the freedom to run a business that’s all your own.

Testimonials

Running a Molly Maid franchise has certainly proved to be very hard work; the hours are not 9 to 5 by any means. I can beholding a team meeting at 7 a.m. and be out conducting customer estimates at 8 p.m. On the other hand, I am in control of my working life and all my efforts go towards my business and future aspirations as opposed to working for somebody else's profit.
Mike Leech - Molly Maid Windsor & Maidenhead

The Molly Maid operating system includes a well defined approach to customer care which embraces a consistent, reliable and professional service along with effective communications. But simply following a system is not enough. You need to apply flair and imagination and must give a lot of yourself to the process, balancing the human side with business considerations.
Sandra Redmond - Molly Maid Wimbledon

What attracted me to Molly Maid was the amazing potential for growth. It is a very attractive proposition, built on very strong foundations and an easily recognisable brand... Head Office support is brilliant.
Imellda Courtney - Molly Maid Bromley, Orpington & Chislehurst

I was an Area Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland with the responsibility for 12 branches. Having worked in a huge corporation, I felt that, if I was going into business on my own, I would be far more successful if I had the support of a good franchisor. I was also aware from my banking background that the business failure rate is considerably reduced when operating within a franchise network. I chose Molly Maid because their training, support and follow-up training were most impressive.
