Leadership Management UK Limited (LMI UK) is one of the fastest growing white-collar franchises here in the UK. Its aim is to motivate individuals and organisations to develop and use more of their potential, to achieve results. As a new franchisee you will recieve comprehensive LMI business training plus be mentored and coached by an existing experienced franchisee through LMI's sixteen week premier programme, Effective Personal Leadership. Support is ongoing and Bi-Monthly workshops are held by the Master Franchisor with other Franchisees. Annual European and Bi-annual global meetings are also held so that franchisees can benefit from the experience of others at an International level.

The 2005 Franchise Package Fee is £24,400 plus a suggested £12000 per annum working capital, which includes £250 per month Management Support fee. VAT @ 17.5% must be added to all the fees but can be recovered from the H.M. Customs and Excise.

LMI (UK) is looking to expand its team of people developers by offering a limited number of licences to committed individuals. We realistically expect to more than double the UK business within the next 12 months and are now looking for people who:

Training and support
Your comprehensive Franchise package fee of £24,500 includes:
  • 14 days initial training (not consecutive) to include:
    • Induction into LMI and basic product training
    • Marketing and administration
    • Facilitation and building your business training
    • Initial Sales and Marketing training

  • And additionally:
    • You will be facilitated through our Effective Selling Strategies programme
    • You will be personally facilitated, one-on-one, through our Effective Personal Leadership programme
Critical to you own motivation, attitude and success is the support you receive from us. Be assured this is comprehensive and ongoing for the total duration of your franchise, initially 5 years:
  • Client visits when requested
