IQ Media Limited was formed in October 2002 by the directors and management team who previously built up and ran Alphabet Communications, one of the Northwest's largest corporate communication and television facilities businesses for 14 years, which was acquired by a competitor in 2001.

Based on an experienced understanding of the media industry which has gone through a dramatic and exciting transformation in recent years with the convergence of technologies. Our aim is to deliver innovative, high added value communication solutions that are clearly focussed to meet client business needs, in that they inspire and evoke the desired response from the audience.

We have developed a unique approach that achieves these aims by combining strategic communications consultancy with content creation expertise across all media platforms, to deliver imaginative and effective business solutions. The company has premises in Styal and Daresbury and it recently made a significant investment in production facilities including a state of the art Avid Adrenaline broadcast edit suite, DVD and CD authoring and a large replication facility for dvd’s, cd roms and vhs tapes.
