Favorite Chicken & RibsIn the mid 1990's a three-year initiative was implemented in preparation for a rapid expansion of the brand. The initiative involved increasing staff numbers in the field to enable greater franchisee support, training and control. A major re-branding and updating of the corporate image took place with all stores undergoing refurbishment under the new trading name of "Favorite Chicken & Ribs". At the same time the menu was revised to expand the customer base and offer even greater value. Customer service levels were improved by means of a new staff training scheme and tighter monitoring of performance, including an enhanced "Mystery Shopper" program. Now with the largest UK owned chicken franchise chain, Favorite are moving ahead again, not just with the launch of exciting new products like "Spicy Chicken Rappa", but also the implementation of the "Favorite 2000" store image. A range of bright modern store designs which will further distinguish Favorite from it's competitors.
