top Who are Action International's target clients? Many small and medium businesses are being held back to the point of extinction by their owners who have neither the time, the ability or the knowledge to implement the strategies that can dramatically transform their business. In fact, it would be hard to find a business that could not benefit in some way from Action’s products and services. Typically however, our target businesses are those with a turnover in excess of £250,000 (most average around £1 million) and employing from 5 to 50 people. How do I make money as an Action Franchisee? Your main goal is 12 to 20 Mentoring Clients. This means £12,000 to £40,000 a month in revenues. Seminars are just one of the lead generating strategies that we previously listed as a way for you to get clients, and you will obviously want to utilise as many of these as possible in your business. Considering that you should be consistently aiming for 2 or more mentoring clients from each seminar, plus converting clients from the other activities, you can realistically build up to and maintain a regular stream of 12 to 20 mentoring clients in your business on your own. You will sell many more alignment consultations than you have mentoring clients, you'll do well from your in-house training programs and you'll make a good margin on the Action products you sell, so what is the real ceiling on your income potential? What rate of return do you want on your business investment?
